The opportunity
At Hitachi Energy, you will help ensure the reliable operation of critical network infrastructure that supports energy systems across the Netherlands. You will join a diverse and collaborative team that works on innovative solutions for customers in sectors such as utilities, data centers, industry, and transport.
In this role, you support the performance of our service level agreements (SLAs). You oversee onsite maintenance work, coordinate contractors, and ensure high safety and quality standards. You help keep essential systems running by monitoring activities, resolving issues, and improving maintenance processes. You also work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical work with coordination and customer interaction. You will grow your skills in network operations, maintenance engineering, and operational excellence in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
How you’ll make an impact
You support the SLA Project Manager with technical compliance for onsite work.
You supervise maintenance teams and contractors to ensure SLA delivery.
You record onsite activities and maintain clear and accurate documentation.
You ensure safe working practices and compliance with environmental standards.
You advise on cost control and help identify improvements.
You coordinate troubleshooting activities and communicate directly with customers.
You manage quality topics and follow up using tools like CCRP and NCR.
You act as “Installation Responsible” for applicable SLAs and follow legal requirements.
Your background
You have experience as a Maintenance Coordinator or similar role.
You hold a bachelor-level technical education.
You bring strong skills in maintenance engineering and troubleshooting.
You understand safety and environmental standards and apply them daily.
You have experience supervising contractors and onsite teams.
You communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
