Job Description

  1. Shift management of Network Operation team
  2. Being a L2/L3 resource for troubleshooting any user tickets
  3. Manage daily BAU tasks, changes, upgrades and incidents
    1. Like Zscalar maintenance, rules update, website whitelisting etc
    2. Firewall policy implementation, endpoint whitelisting
    3. Sucuri WAF creation for new applications
    4. Citrix load balancer
    5. VLAN creation
    6. VPN tunnel creation
    7. Switch maintenance    
    8. Wi-Fi/LAN/Network support
    9. Troubleshooting application issues (related to network)
    10. P1/P2 incidents
    11. Switch, Firewall upgrades
    12. Hardware refresh
