Purpose of the role:
The Network Operations team are responsible for maintaining the operational stability of all aspects of Pico’s proprietary electronic trading network, PicoNet, a cutting edge, multi-vendor, multi-technology network that spans over forty locations globally.
Network Operations provide critical front-line support across many of Pico’s infrastructure technology domains, including, but not limited to:
Network Operations are a global team consisting of regional teams located in London, New York, Singapore, and Tokyo. The team operates a follow-the-sun model that provides dedicated network support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is a client facing role that demands a high standard of customer service and technical support be provided to both our internal and external clients. Alongside normal daily activities, the role provides the opportunity to participate in project-based initiatives and collaboration with other technology teams.

This is a hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from homeThough travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC). This will included at times or on a rotation, weekend days both Saturday and Sunday when needed.
