Job purpose

Participate in design and ensure implementation of Dispatching & Network Control plans and processes to manage work associated with the efficient dispatch, transportation and distribution of products at maximum efficiency, quality, and customer service, in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies

• NOC is the first point of contact for all questions relating to air network operations in routine mode, as well as in case of changes/failures in the air network / system abd to draw-up ad-hoc contingency solutions
• Clear and concise communications to Network staff for alterations in pre-planned operation.
• Day-to-day management of aor partner. truck and CAL modes transport
• Support ACS Charter and network requests
• Integrity of the air network schedules by ensuring all published data (block times, line haul timings. capasity assigned) is adhered to
• Customer Interfaces (Sales, GMM, CS, Ground, TW)
• Manage under GSOP Rules
• Participate in design and ensure implementation of Dispatching & Network Control plans and policies in line with business objective and requirements, corporate guidelines and policies
• Ensure and monitor all delivery activity to and from specific destinations including company stores, local warehouse distributors, distribution, and various business establishments
• Implement plans for all dispatch and network control activities; Shipping & Receiving, Warehousing, Order Filling, Picking, Packing and Inventory Control & Records Management
• Design and develop plans to analyze and project transportation costs and coordinate customs clearances and permits
• Direct activities of commercial drivers and may have responsibility for the maintenance of company vehicles
• Encourage strong business relationship with supply and logistics team and external global/local logistic providers
• Monitor and trace lost or delayed deliveries
• Review processes and implement systems to enhance service quality and alignment with company’s direction and long-term goals
• Execute process improvement plans by analyzing complex issues and identifying opportunities and implement best practices for Dispatching & Network Control focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
