Our NOC center in Las Vegas, NV is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented NOC Technician join this rockstar team. In a 24/7 environment, there is always something going on and a friendly face ready to help. This role allows the opportunity to talk to anyone and everyone whether it be internal employees or external customers.
As part of our Network Operations team, you’ll be the one coming to the rescue of whoever is calling in regard to issues with their connectivity, hardware, software, or system issues. You will keep your finger on the pulse of our critical systems to know when to raise the red flag of potential larger issues. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety and not just answering the same questions over and over. This position has a variety of shifts available, but we do our best to keep a consistent schedule so our team members can plan their lives. The current available schedule is: 1pm - 10pm PT Tuesday-Saturday but could change. We're looking for someone with excellent customer service and technical skills.
