Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Network Logistic Services Planning Specialist to join and support our Commercial Supply Chain team in Caivano.

Based at our Vitulazio logistics platform, you will ensure the effective management of stock and logistics operations, overseeing physical logistics flows and related processes for managed transportation activities.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support warehouse management activities by supervising and controlling distribution centers and related supply chain services, including transportation.

You will monitor distribution criticalities, managing stocks, orders and distribution costs, while coordinating commercial supply chain activities with other local departments, such as Sales, to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.

You will also ensure that goods are received and distributed in a timely manner to maximize customer service and establish procedures to maintain an adequate level of supplies.

In addition, you will support local transportation management activities by contributing to the definition and negotiation of agreements and prices for required transportation services.

You will guarantee the issuance and management of transport service orders in compliance with local laws and regulations, ensuring costs, quality standards and liabilities are aligned with Group guidelines. You will also ensure regular checks on transportation performance.

About You:

You hold a Master's degree in Business Economics, Logistics or a related field. Your understanding of warehouse and transportation management allows you to effectively support operational activities.

You are recognized for your strong communication and interpersonal skills, which enable you to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, demonstrate flexibility when managing changing priorities, and thrive in dynamic environments.

You are fluent in both Italian and English and possess a good knowledge of SAP and CAD systems.

What We Offer:

The role is classified at Level Quadro 1S under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 50.083. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 10% of base salary.

The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
