What are you accountable for?
Industry, Govt & Stakeholder Engagement
• Support engagement with Ministries, State Govt, regulators, local authorities, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare materials, presentations, and inputs for meetings, forums, and discussions.
• Facilitate coordination across internal and external parties including industry partners for mobile site deployments and fiber infrastructure.
Technical & Compliance Support
• Provide support on industry, regulatory and technical requirements related to State/Local Authorities (PBT/JKR/JPS) processes.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with MCMC MS-EMF and industry CBYD standards/guidelines.
• Contribute to data collection, analysis and reporting for industry/regulatory submissions.
Project & Industry Issue Coordination
• Support execution of industry and national interest infrastructure projects (e.g., MRT, ECRL, JENDELA, 6W MOCN etc).
• Track project issues and assist in resolving regulatory, permitting, and stakeholder challenges.
• Monitor, coordinate, and support responses to regulatory complaints and escalations.
Contract & Sharing Coordination
• Support management of infrastructure sharing arrangements (e.g., Active MOCN sharing).
• Assist in coordination of contracts including USP and commercial industry agreements.
• Track contract status, renewals, documentation for approvals.
Regulatory & Enforcement Support
• Assist in regulatory/state govt programs (e.g., Pemutihan) and compliance activities.
• Support handling of enforcement cases and site-related issues.
• Coordinate registration and reporting requirements (e.g., CIPM/AA with MCMC).
What do you need to have for the role?
Established relationships with MCMC, MNOs, JKR, PBT, State OSA & SBCs/NFPs.
Familiarity with utilities permitting procedures across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
Strong technical background in Mobile Sites & Fiber build rollout, contract management and AI savvy for industry research, proposals & policies matters.
