
Why should you apply? The Network Enterprise Services (NES) team manages an infrastructure spanning nearly 3,400 square miles, supporting IT, OT, wireless, and data center networks. NES oversees the reliability and performance of these networks while also handling communication security technologies, such as firewalls and VPNs.
This role requires a network professional with foundational knowledge of routing, switching, and cybersecurity. Primary responsibilities include reviewing, implementing, and troubleshooting network access and firewall policies, collaborating with customers to understand their needs, guiding them in identifying necessary information, and resolving access issues to ensure system functionality. Duties may also encompass configuring, installing, monitoring, and managing IT and OT access routers and switches, wireless controllers and access points, and network security devices across the organization.
