What You'll do:

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, identifying and resolving problems related to TCP/IP and networking.
• Perform network equipment configuration, installation, patching, and maintenance tasks, following instructions provided by remote teams.
• Deliver on-site technical support and interventions at the client's location in Tramagal.
• Collaborate with local and international teams, ensuring effective communication in English.
• Support network infrastructure operations and projects, helping maintain service availability and performance.

Who You Are:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Network Field Engineer or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience performing network configuration and patching activities.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and instructions provided by remote teams.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).

-Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is considered a plus.

• Available for on-site interventions in Tramagal.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills.
