Clarify customer requirements, analyze needs, and propose suitable solutions based on existing systems, devices, and network infrastructure.
Document change activities, approvals, and outcomes accurately for audit and tracking purposes.

Qualifications
1–3 years of relevant working experience in a network-related role.
Experience in Network Operations and Network Administration environments.
Hands-on experience with formal change management processes.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including firewalls, access lists, and Network Address Translation (NAT).
Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and load balancing concepts.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
