Overview

Network Engineer Needed!

Currently seeking a Network Engineering to support our daily IT Operations.

The Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across the organization. This role will ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity across offices, facilities, jobsites, and remote environments. They will work closely with IT, security, systems, applications, and business teams to troubleshoot complex network issues, support infrastructure projects, maintain network security, and continuously improve network performance and reliability. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with enterprise networking, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Five plus years of experience in network engineering, network administration, or related IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, subnetting, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VPN technologies.
  • Experience managing enterprise network and firewall platforms (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar).
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise switching, routing, wireless, WAN, and site-to-site connectivity.
  • Working knowledge of network security concepts including segmentation, firewall policies, least-privilege access, and secure remote connectivity.
  • Experience with network monitoring, logging, packet capture, and traffic analysis tools.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex network, infrastructure, and application connectivity issues.
  • Ability to clearly document network configurations, diagrams, technical procedures, and standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Cisco Firepower/FTD, Firewall Management Center (FMC), and Cisco Meraki technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure networking, virtualization, identity/SSO technologies, and cloud-connected services.
  • Exposure to network security and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, etc.).

Education

  • Relevant networking or security certifications preferred (CCNA, CCNP, Network+, Security+).
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or equivalent experience.
