This role will be based at client site. Network Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining mission-critical Wireless network infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, incident response, preventive maintenance, implementation activities, vendor coordination, and support for large-scale wireless environments operating in a 24/7 environment.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network and wireless infrastructure support.

Switching and routing technologies
Firewalls and network security concepts
DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and authentication systems

Familiarity with incident management, RCA preparation, and maintenance support processes.
Experience supporting enterprise or mission-critical environments is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and support after-hours maintenance activities when required.
