We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our team. A network engineer in the Network Platforms (NetOps-PF) team needs to build a general knowledge of a wide variety of network technologies and protocols.

Your tasks will vary from day to day, including operations on different network environments and equipment, as well as studies and project-driven implementations of new technologies.

You have working knowledge in some of the following domains, and are willing to develop basic skills in the others.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance across critical systems. You will play a key role in monitoring and troubleshooting network issues, configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, while supporting incident, change, and problem management processes to ensure reliable connectivity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration on routers and switches, Cisco, HP, etc.
• Layer 2 switching (Ethernet, VLAN, trunking, spanning-tree protocols)
• Dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) – including customer line integration and peering setups
• DNS, SNMP, DHCP and NTP service configuration and maintenance
• Configuration and management of firewalls (Cisco, PaloAlto, Checkpoint)
• Experience with VXLAN
• Strong understanding and practical experience with VPNs
• Good knowledge of Linux systems

Good to have:

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Grafana, LibreNMS, Icinga, etc.)
• Experience with F5
• Experience in Checkpoint VSX
• Scripting and automation experience (Python, Bash, Ansible)

Requirements:

• Degree in ITC/Telecommunications/Electronics, specific network training (such as CCNA, CCNP), or equivalent by work experience;
• Experience: 2-3 years or more;
• Profile: Able to work autonomously and in an international team context.
• Motivated to acquire new skills and explore new technologies.
