Our award-winning client is seeking a Network Engineer to join their team. We are looking for a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a Network & Systems Infrastructure Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support for our network, server, workstation, and user environments. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintain and update systems, and implement new technologies to ensure our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote and on-site support to users for servers, workstations, and network devices.

• Install and configure network equipment, including firewalls, switches, and routers (Cisco, SonicWALL, Meraki, HP, Dell).

• Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, and user accounts.

• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including software and hardware problems, network connectivity issues, and security threats.

• Install and configure software applications on desktops and servers.

• Implement and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).

• Manage and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.

• Document technical procedures and solutions.

• Work with project managers to implement new IT initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting and implementing network and systems infrastructure solutions.

• Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server and desktop operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policies, and network troubleshooting methodologies.

• Experience with Cisco networking, CLI configuration, and network security concepts.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Citrix, RMM platforms, and enterprise-class network equipment.

• Working knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and backup solutions (StorageCraft, Datto, Veeam).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A plus if you have certifications like MS Server MCSA, MS Desktop MCSA, SonicWALL CSSP, or CCNA Routing & Switching.
