Job Description

s

  • Perform maintenance & troubleshooting of network connectivity such as Lease Line, IPsec, VPN Client
  • Monitoring Network Connectivity.
  • Responsible for managing all LAN Access, Data Center, Intranet and Internet Services and Infrastructure including technical aspects of repair, maintenance and implementation according to planning including coordination with Support L1, L2 and even L3, so that service standards are achieved.
  • Maintaining intranet and internet networks.
  • Configuring every routing change, open/close port according to request.
  • Providing support for every internal network request.
  • Reporting and coordinating every internal and external network request.

Requirements :

  1. Familiar with Fortigate Firewall
  2. Experience using Ticketing System (Jira )
  3. Familiar using monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, etc.)
  4. Have basic firewall knowledge
  5. Have minimum 2 years work experience related with this position
