The Network Engineering Team shall perform a detailed root cause analysis and assess overall impact with respect to incidents and problems relating to the applications which cannot be resolved by the Tier 1 or Tier 2 Support teams. The Network Engineering Team also modifies the code and/or changes the configuration, if required, to correct the identified defect, and performs necessary acceptance testing before re-issuing the code for general use. Tier 3 performs application capacity planning, life cycle management, development, customization, and maintenance.
Must maintain a current Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
At least four (4) years of experience working with the TCP/IP networking environment; familiarity with Domain Names Services (DNS), etc.
