The role
As a Network Development Support, you will support the design and implementation of Zeekr’s retail network strategy in France, helping to identify, select, and onboard high-performing retail partners. You will play a key role in expanding Zeekr’s presence by building strong relationships with partners, coordinating with multiple business functions, and acting as a bridge between the local market and European Headquarters. Through your expertise in automotive network development, you will contribute to sustainable business growth and a premium customer experience across the retail network.

This is what you will do:

• Develop Network Strategy – Support, Design and implement a comprehensive Network Plan that represents Zeekr in the country. This includes identifying key players by area of influence, initiating discussions, conducting facility visits, and managing the full process from partner search to due diligence process, selection and appointment, and store opening.

• Partner Relationship Management - Initiate, build, and develop strong relationships with potential and existing partners. Ensure their needs are understood and met to enable sales growth through the retail network. Support as Country–HQ Liaison - Serve as link between the local market and European Headquarters. Ensure compliance with network development standards and policies while driving rapid and robust network expansion.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and effective coordination with partners
  

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Extensive experience in Network management within the automotive industry.

• Strong personal network in France to ensure a fast start.

• Strong knowledge and experience in building and developing an automotive retail network.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive mindset to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in French and English (Mandatory)
