We are looking for a Dealer Development Coordinator who will contribute strategically to the business and is available to travel around the country/South American countries on an alternating basis.

Your Impact


  • Analyze market development, distribution trends, structural data, and competitive insights to support network growth and competitor analysis.

  • Coordinate and participate in the design and implementation of annual quality standard processes.

  • Identify and attract investors for the appointment of new dealers/distributors and negotiate contractual condition changes with existing ones.

  • Support dealers and investors with business and investment plans through financial and feasibility analysis.

  • Manage institutional communication with the dealer network, coordinate cross‑functional action plans, and prepare KPI reports and executive presentations for leadership.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, International Trade, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Dealer Development within the Agricultural or Automotive/Truck industry.
  • A strong macro‑view of the business and experience in dealer network openings/closures (highly desirable), as well as experience leading new projects (desirable).
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong numerical aptitude. Ability to work autonomously, with solid structure, organization, and diligence. Clear and assertive communication skills.

  • Advanced English and advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (mandatory)
