Responsibilities

1. 支持区总进行区域战略与目标管控：结合欧盟汽车法规、各国产业政策、本土竞品渠道模式，制定所在市场中长期销量规划、渠道规划、年度 GTM 落地方案；将集团下达的销量、sell-in、sell-out、回款、库存周转、利润率等指标拆解至总代理，按月度、季度复盘纠偏，保障区域经营指标落地。
2. 支持区总对总代全生命周期精细化管理
- 市场洞察和策略制定：持续监测区域市场动态、行业趋势及终端需求；结合本地特性，制定差异化的商务政策、竞争打法、产品组合及定价建议，为业绩增长提供策略支撑；
- 销售规划与资源协调：把控整体销售节奏，制定合理的生产要货计划；高效协调内部供应链，保障订单交付，执行商务政策和返利政策，确保各项经营指标达成。
- 日常管控：与总代理共同制定符合集团战略的核心目标，并建立常态化跟进机制以全力推进目标实现；监控代理商进销存，防止压库、滞销；共管区域价格体系，严厉打击窜货行为；
- 渠道管控：制定渠道入网标准和要求，把握新入网经销商资质；面向总代理输出本地化销售打法、门店标准化、销售培训、终端活动模板，持续提升代理商团队转化与运营能力；
- 风险梳理：定期排查代理商经营、税务、贸易合规隐患，处理渠道纠纷、重大客诉。
3. 支持属地资源与合规建设：对接当地汽车行业协会、法规认证机构、地方政企、行业媒体，搭建长期人脉资源；熟悉当地贸易、劳工、税务、汽车准入法规，把控区域业务合规底线，为总代理准入、产品本地化认证提供支撑。

Qualifications

1. 在汽车行业拥有丰富的销售管理工作经验；
2. 能够独立开发0.5至1个大型项目，具备丰富的综合管理经验，并能够协调本地市场营销策略和销售策略的管理；
3. 良好的跨文化沟通和协调能力；
4. 英文能够作为工作语言, 西班牙语、葡萄牙语加分项。
