About the Role

Responsible for maintaining Panel Network for the provision of health services to insured under various product arrangement.Responsibilities:
Provider Recruitment & Network ExpansionProvider recruitment initiatives across Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China.
Assess potential providers’ clinical quality, business alignment, and service capability.
Negotiate and onboard providers in accordance with company standards and network strategies.

Provider Performance ManagementMonitor and evaluate providers’ service performance and compliance with contractual and service standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend improvement actions.
Work with providers to address gaps and optimize service quality.

Execute Provider CommunicationHandle enquiries from all channels related to daily operations.
Manage pre-approval cases between providers/hospitals and the pre-approval team.
Respond to calls and written enquiries within service standards.
Resolve network questions or issues promptly and professionally.

Investigate Reported Servicing IssuesFollow up on service issues raised by panel networks or hospitals.
Investigate reported provider issues for both corporate and individual product arrangements.
Coordinate with panel networks to resolve issues and identify areas for improvement.
Provide feedback on follow up actions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Arrange Network Health Related ServicesArrange network services per customer requests.
Administer panel networks for health-related services to ensure smooth delivery.

Coordinate Service Enhancement InitiativesAttend briefings or updates on system and technical enhancements.
Conduct service reviews with outsourcing vendors/providers for hotline services.
Promote the provider portal to increase digital adoption and streamline processes.

Other DutiesCoordinate health care–related services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in projects related to service enhancement or new business initiatives.
Obtain required licenses if the role involves regulated activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
University / College graduate in Health Administration or relevant disciplines.

Minimum 3 years’ experiences in health industry.

Registered nurse is preferred.

Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, analytical and detailed minded in problem solving.

Proficient in MS Office.

Strong communication skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
