Our clients have access to more than one million investment products — from bonds and stocks to funds and options.

We are growing rapidly and continuously expanding our presence across Europe. We are currently looking for a Network Development and Brand Awareness Manager in Latvia who will support our business development in the region.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Latvia.

Responsibilities:

• Support business development initiatives by identifying potential partnerships or market opportunities;
• Assist in expanding the firm’s network of contacts;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis;
• Contribute to brand visibility and awareness campaigns (events, conferences, sponsorships);
• Support marketing initiatives;
• Assist in organising and attending industry events;
• Provide local market intelligence to the firm;
• Support internal reporting on market trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related industries, with a strong preference for B2C sales;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality;
• Fluent Latvian language skills and professional English proficiency for international collaboration and cross-border communication.
