Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering high-caliber network and systems operations, with a focus on deployments, scaling, and technology optimization. Create comprehensive network designs, services, and deployment procedures that address multiple requirements while anticipating future challenges. Work collaboratively with leadership, drive projects aligned with team objectives and create forward-thinking solutions through High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documentation. Actively influence technology roadmaps through stakeholder engagement, construct and validate solutions, and provide essential support to deployment and operations teams. Automate deployment processes to enhance quality and efficiency, while maintaining close partnerships with internal customers to successfully shepherd designs and solutions from conception to production implementation. Use best practices application, sustaining engineering, customer interaction management, and thorough technical documentation.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, Engineering, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) IP networking fundamentals and extensive experience in the application of IP protocols as well as network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skills; (2) experience with major internet routing protocols specifically, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, RSVP and ISIS in a large enterprise environment; (3) working with major network operating systems such as Cisco IOS or Junos; (4) experience with Unix/Linux; (5) scripting in Python, Perl, or Shell.
