Responsibilities:

Assisting in monitoring and supporting network transport, routing, DNS, and load balancing

Supporting Citrix NetScaler/ADC and Infoblox DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) operations

Helping troubleshoot connectivity, routing, segmentation, and application delivery issues

Performing routine network maintenance under supervision

Participating in network lifecycle activities, cloud connectivity, and disaster recovery testing

Maintaining documentation and learning best practices from senior team members

Requirements:

Basic experience or education in networking, IT infrastructure, or systems administration

Familiarity with Citrix NetScaler/ADC or Infoblox DDI is a plus

Understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and network fundamentals

Interest in network automation (Python, Ansible) and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, TCP/IP basics)

Willingness to learn cloud networking and disaster recovery concepts

Good English communication skills (B2 or higher)

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
