We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Control Tower Specialist to oversee the end-to-end parcel journey across our logistics network. Key Responsibilities

Parcel Journey Monitoring & Communication

  • Proactive communication with LSPs and DSPs to prevent delays and ensure smooth operations.

Root Cause Analysis & Escalation

  • Investigate and analyse delays in parcel journeys.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders and ensure execution of corrective actions.
  • Conduct trend analysis and forecast potential disruptions.

Reporting & Planning

  • Prepare and distribute the Daily Wake-Up Report (network health check).

  • Adjust truck schedules daily based on order volumes.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive continuous improvement of Network Control Tower processes.
  • Monitor system timestamps and escalate missing data to relevant teams.
  • Track equipment availability across FCs and DSP hubs.

Service Desk & System Maintenance

  • Manage and resolve Service Desk tickets from FCs and DSPs.
  • Perform regular master data updates and monitor system tools and applications.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using dashboards and operational tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in truck planning and logistics coordination is a strong advantage.
