First Shift (United States of America)As the Roswell Park Care Network brings on new affiliates and new network initiatives this hire is critical to continue to provide both administrative and operational efficiencies in the implementation of business development initiatives. This position will support the successful integration and management of new initiatives (eg. clinical research) and is important for sustaining long-term business growth.
The starting annual salary for this position is $103,870 and this can include a full comprehensive benefits package.
Required Education and Experience
1. Master’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in an academic healthcare or related administration setting with demonstrated success in excellent physician/professional relationships including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or
2. Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in an academic healthcare or related administration setting with demonstrated success in excellent physician/professional relationships including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or
3. Associate's degree and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in an academic healthcare or related administration setting with demonstrated success in excellent physician/professional relationships including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
