Job Description

·Supervise and hands-on creation of network architecture and design specifications

·Work to meet network performance requirements of manufacturing and office systems

·Manage and optimize network budgets

·Develop work plans and schedules, and report status for assigned projects.

·Provide technical leadership to develop and implement new products and engineering initiatives that support the

·company's growth objectives

·Mentor team members to ensure they are successful. Monitor team progress and assist as necessary when goals are in jeopardy

·Produce Monthly activity reports and Summaries highlighting major tasks

·Obtain quotations (supplies)

·Submit purchase requests

·Inventory and reference LAN related equipment

·Provide Shop Floor support (JIT / PES / L3PS...)

·Draft and maintain operating and support procedures

·Monitor and supervise equipment, and react to automatic monitoring alerts

·Support external parties

·Address network equipment obsolescence and replace equipment according to group standards

·Operate CISCO / IOS environments

·Identify, inventory and catalogue interconnections, routing data, and cabling configurations.

·Update network diagrams with information on devices, VLAN schemes, and Firewall interfaces

·Work and frequent travel may be required outside normal business hours.

Experience and Education

·School level : 5 years of higher education study with an Engineering diploma or 5 years professional experience in network project management

·Language: Fluent English speaking is required.

Job Technical skills

·Strong knowledge of network engineering/architecture, prior experience with global LAN/WAN innovation and facilitating integration of innovative changes.

·Proven experience in hardware deployment processes including requirements analysis, system network architecture and design specification deployment, code development, testing, and on-time execution

·Solid experience as a system network architect specifying, designing and implementing efficient transmission solutions for audio/video/data/command over LAN/WAN for enterprise class applications using, Frame Relay, MPLS, VPN, Wireless Networks, Routers, Switches, Firewalls (H/W), IP Routing Protocols, UDP, RCP, MGCP TCP/IP

·Understanding of the concepts of project management methodology, know how to organize, lead and follow project execution and accept accountability for project deadlines.

Job Soft skills

·Must have excellent English written and oral communication skills,

·Practical knowledge of design methodologies and Tools.

·Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment to accelerate project delivery
