This is a hands-on technical role with a strong focus on network engineering, cloud technologies, and operational support, including second and third-level escalation, project delivery, and site implementations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Configuring and managing routers, switches, and wireless devices from various vendors.
  • Troubleshooting complex network and system issues and resolving outages.
  • Supporting a variety of systems, from Ubuntu to Microsoft 365.
  • Maintaining network monitoring tools, documentation, IP management, and configuration records.
  • Assisting with IT projects such as upgrades and new site onboarding.
  • Providing second and third-level support on escalated IT matters.
  • Supporting CCTV network infrastructure and remote access.

What We’re Looking for

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in network engineering and systems administration within multi-site or distributed environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience administering Proxmox clusters, Ubuntu Linux, and network monitoring platforms (LibreNMS)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability across network and system environments.
