Network and IT Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network and IT Analyst to help maintain and support critical IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations through a combination of network administration and end-user support. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge of networking concepts, and a customer-focused approach to resolving technology issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity and system-related issues.
• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and access-related concerns.
• Assist with network implementations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Support security initiatives and follow established IT policies and procedures.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities within service management processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, system monitoring, and proactive issue prevention.
• Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding technical issues and resolutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise network environments and IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, IP addressing, and related protocols.
• Experience configuring and supporting network hardware and connectivity solutions.
• Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Experience supporting desktop operating systems and productivity applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within an IT support or help desk environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with scripting, automation, or database technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring, performance management, or infrastructure management tools.
• Industry-recognized IT or networking certifications.
• Experience supporting medium to large enterprise environments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Paris, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
