We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Advisor to join our Network and Portfolio Management Team. The Network Development Advisor plays a critical role in supporting bp's network expansion and portfolio management strategy. Reporting directly to the Network and Analytics Manager, this role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and the ability to execute growth plans for bp's retail and operational network.

You will assist with network growth activities to support the company's portfolio management. The role requires an ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, including finance, operations, real estate, and operations, to ensure that the portfolio is properly being maintained.

Whatyouwill deliver:

  • Develop and continuously refine a store growth strategy aligned with bp’s objectives, prioritizing opportunities across formats and channels of trade.
  • Enhance and maintain network planning tools and reporting, ensuring they are scalable, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with business needs.
  • Deliver regular performance insights through data analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Provide market, customer, and demand insights, including segmentation and forecasting, to inform growth and expansion decisions.
  • Build and sustain automated, user-friendly reporting and dashboards that enable timely, accurate decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance to track post-opening performance, measure delivery against business cases, and recommend actions to optimize results.

You will work with:

The team consists of real estate professionals who interact daily with Sales/Operations, Legal, Finance, Business Investment, Design, Construction, Vendors of real estate services.
