We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our talent pipeline and support the delivery of our services. As part of DHL IT Services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of reinforcing DHL’s position as the global leader in transportation and logistics through IT integration, project management, consulting, development, and end-to-end support services for DHL business units worldwide. During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in maintaining and updating team documentation and knowledge articles.
• Communicate with internal customers and support them with security and network access related requests.
• Participate in daily operational and security processes within the Network Access Assurance team.
• Support the team in reviewing and validating network access and security-related requests.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on daily operational tasks.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, and process improvements.
• Support reporting and analysis activities related to network and information security.
• Actively share knowledge and learn from experienced security professionals.

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
• Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
• Required skills(s): Microsoft Office, Communication Skills, Analytical Thinking.
• Preferred skill(s): Basic Networking and Cybersecurity Knowledge.
• Required language(s): English (written and spoken)
• Internship period of minimum (6 months)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya

Hi, my name is Sebastian Lacina and I’m the Manager of Network Access Assurance in the Infrastructure Security department at DHL IT Services. I joined DHL IT Services in 2020 as a Graduate Trainee and have since progressed through several technical and leadership roles.
