Job Description


As a Network Administrator, you will:

  • Manage, maintain, and support Windows-based server infrastructure ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

  • Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Servers across enterprise environments.

  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user access, and identity administration.

  • Perform patch management, system upgrades, monitoring, and performance optimization.

  • Support and administer virtualized environments using VMware / Hyper-V.

  • Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.

  • Troubleshoot system, network, and infrastructure issues while ensuring minimal downtime.

  • Work closely with infrastructure and operations teams to maintain secure, scalable, and reliable environments.

  • Contribute to operational improvements, system stability, and infrastructure best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6–8 years of overall experience in Windows Administration / Infrastructure Support / Network Administration.

  • Strong hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments in enterprise setups.

  • Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, patching, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.

  • Experience with VMware / Hyper-V virtualization technologies.

  • Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions, performance tuning, and system maintenance.

  • Understanding of Windows security administration, availability management, and infrastructure operations.

  • Exposure to Windows and Unix system administration is advantageous.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.

You Should Possess the Ability To:

  • Ensure stable, secure, and high-performing Windows infrastructure operations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and infrastructure issues efficiently.

  • Administer and optimize enterprise server environments and virtualization platforms.

  • Manage system availability, backups, and disaster recovery processes proactively.

  • Support operational excellence through monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align infrastructure services with business and service requirements.

  • Drive reliability, performance, and infrastructure best practices.
