Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Managed Services team you wil install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software while monitoring network performance to identify bottlenecks or security threats. As an Associate you wil focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with innovative technology and collaborate with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience administering enterprise networks
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
• Scripting or automation skills in Python, PowerShell, Ansible preferred
• Experience with network vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios
• Understanding of cloud networking with AWS, Azure, GCP
• Familiarity with network security principles and firewall configuration
• Excelling in problem-solving and communication skills
• Demonstrating organizational skills with a customer-service mindset
