IT Support & Troubleshooting:
•User Support: Provide remote and on-site technical support to staff and residents across all locations, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
•Hardware Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of computer hardware, printers, and other office equipment across all locations.
•Software Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and security patches on devices across all locations.
•Help Desk Management: Manage and escalate IT support tickets from multiple locations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
General IT Responsibilities:
•Technology Integration: Work with leadership to integrate new technologies, including hardware and software solutions, that improve operational efficiency across the entire senior living network.
•Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date documentation for network infrastructure, IT systems, inventory of hardware, and software licenses for all locations.
•Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that all IT systems comply with relevant regulations and best practices, including HIPAA, data privacy laws, and senior living industry standards across multiple sites.
•Training & Education: Lead or facilitate IT training sessions for staff at all locations, educating them on basic IT usage, security protocols, and best practices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $51.00/hr.
