The
Network Administrator
will support the Texas Cyber Command on its enterprise network operations contract. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and improvement of TXCC business network services across Austin and San Antonio. The candidate will support secure network operations in a high-assurance business IT environment, including segmentation, access control coordination, configuration review, and service restoration. The role requires collaboration with TXCC staff, managed service providers, carriers, hardware vendors, and site support personnel to maintain network availability, security, and operational readiness. The candidate will also assist with procurement support, asset inventory, cutover planning, migration support, vulnerability remediation, and incident-related fact gathering as requested.
