Data Center Development department is responsible for supporting the company's fast growth by sourcing and building hyper-scale data centers as well as vastly distributed global edge networks. Our AMS&EU Network Acquisition team focuses on the acquisition of co-locations and various network connectivities from the strategy and commercial angle to support edge and backbone network infrastructure that enable users to interact with our platform with optimal performance in Americas and EMEA region. As we interact with various partners in this industry, we also develop and maintain relationships and strategic partnerships with suppliers. Also, as we develop our acquisition strategy, we conduct market research, manage the potential and existing supplier pool, cost analysis and supplier performance evaluation to build our roadmap for the acquisition effort to support our growth. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about global infrastructure acquisition with exciting growth opportunities.

We are looking for a self-motivated and curious prospects to join our team as an Associate Technology Planning Specialist, supporting server, storage, and infrastructure sourcing. This is a great entry point for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of technical infrastructure and commercial strategy. You'll work closely with senior team members to learn the space while contributing real value from day one.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in identifying and evaluating infrastructure resources such as co-location, dark fiber, transport network, and IP connectivity to help meet traffic demand
- Assist with commercial and technical discussions with candidate suppliers, under guidance from senior negotiators
- Help coordinate supplier agreements and contracts, working with cross-functional teams to track milestones and deliverables
- Contribute to acquisition strategy discussions for short, mid, and long-term planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders: Strategy, Planning, Engineering, Legal, Finance, to support shared goals
- Conduct market research and help build market intelligence on suppliers and industry trends
- Support supplier onboarding and help maintain supplier relationship records throughout the lifecycle
- Help nurture supplier relationships in support of long-term strategic partnerships
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72200 - $121600 annually.
