Qualifications
6-8 years of Experience & Competent to independently work on the most complex analyses and systems along with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience.
Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing SASE solutions including hands-on experience with Palo Alto Prisma Access cloud security platform
Previous experience as a Network Engineer and hands on configuration knowledge of Cisco Switches/routers, Arista switches, Cisco ASA, Fortigates, Palo Alto, etc
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools like spectrum, thousand eyes, Dynatrace etc
Understanding of BGP, OSPF, routing and switching protocols.
Should be able to lead calls with Vendors and Service providers and get work done as per business requirement.
Understanding troubleshooting experience on VPNs.
Should participate in Incident calls and troubleshoot problems and incidents
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work in a rotational shift (Working on weekends as needed is a must)
Certifications such as CCNA, etc are preferred.
Experience creating architecture context diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks & drive them independently.
Good written and oral communication.
Experience working with AWS or other Cloud platforms
