Job Description

The NetSuite Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing NetSuite implementation projects within scope, budget, and timeline. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project management, from inception to completion, and will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and project success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Join pre-work activities with the sales and delivery team to be able to have a full understanding of the business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Establish clear roles and responsibilities for project team members and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, technical consultants, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of project tasks.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status, progress, and any potential risks or issues.
• Manage client expectations and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records, and present regular updates to key stakeholders
