What You’ll Do

• Win new business. Own your territory, drive new customer acquisition, and close net-new accounts with fast-growing mid-market companies.

• Sell the full platform. Present and position the complete NetSuite solution suite—including ERP, CRM, PSA, eCommerce, and advanced AI-driven features—for maximum business impact.

• Champion AI innovation. Guide prospects in realizing the competitive advantages of NetSuite’s AI-powered process automation, smart analytics, and embedded intelligence.

• Drive the full sales cycle. Prospect, qualify, strategize, forecast, pitch, negotiate, and close—consistently leveraging a structured, disciplined daily approach to every stage.

• Lead executive conversations. Engage C-level and functional leaders, build trusted relationships, and advise on how NetSuite’s core and AI-enabled offerings solve business challenges.

• Collaborate to win. Partner with Business Development Representatives, Solution Consultants, and product specialists to deliver visionary, value-based proposals with demonstrated AI ROI.

• Stay ahead of the curve. Grow your expertise in cloud business applications and AI trends; act as an advocate for Oracle NetSuite’s leadership in digital transformation.

About You

• Sales is your sport—you love to hunt for new deals and consistently exceed quota

• You are a proven new-business “hunter” who thrives in exceeding quota targets within fast-paced technology sales.

• You bring curiosity about how businesses operate and a passion for showing the tangible benefits of modern software—including the latest in AI.

• You embrace a methodical, highly structured approach to your daily work—whether managing your pipeline, driving your outreach, or executing seamless sales processes at scale.

• You have a consultative, value-based selling approach, with the ability to engage, educate, and influence decision-makers.

• Collaborate at speed. Partner closely with BDRs, Solutions Consultants, and internal teams to deliver tailored, AI-focused proposals and drive deal momentum.

• Your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are exceptional.
