What You Can Expect

As an Associate Director,you'llplaya lead role in strengthening our relationships with clientsand NetSuite, whileprovidingseamless guidance in the completion ofrelevant NetSuiteengagements.You'llbe a trustedpartner with our clients todrive the enablement of their NetSuite solution You'lldevelop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through analytics,automationor the latest tools and methods. 

You’lldevelop new projects, helpidentifynewbusiness,support ongoing team development,and build lasting relationships with clients and within the community as you serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide growth and development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

• Features:Multibook Accounting,Bill Capture, Electronic Bank Payments

• AdvancedModules: AdvancedRevenue Management, Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Inventory

• Solutions:NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse,SuiteProjects

• Knowledge of NetSuite AI features and proven delivery within Finance and Operations

• Knowledge and experience with NetSuite Security, User Role Design and Provisioning

• Knowledge of NetSuiteSuiteSuccessMethodology and Leading Practices as it pertains to business process solution design and key elements of the NetSuite application architecture and out-of-boxfunctionality

• Familiarity with creating custom fields, forms, saved searches, reports, as well as familiarity with basic Suite Flow functionality for configuring Invoice Approval and Vendor Bill Approval workflows.

• Experience leading end-to-end NetSuite projects working with cross-functional teams of Business, IT, and Complianceteams

• Able to write business documentation such as Project Plans, Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases and scenarios.

• Able toassistwith Data Migration, Cutover activities, as well as the ability to provide Defect Resolution support during UAT and Hypercare.

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network,including withsenior executives. 

• Successfully pursuing business development opportunities andidentifyingand implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.

• Ability to translate and communicateissues,risksor challengesto client personnel, including executives. 

• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teamsincludingconducting performance appraisals,mentoringand coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate  

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inarelevant discipline (e.g.,MIS, Accounting, Finance)

• 9+ years workingin professional services or related industry.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word,Exceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

• Professional Certification such asNetSuiteSuiteFoundationandERP Consultantor similar strongly preferred.

• NetSuite industry experience in at least one or more of the following: Manufacturing, Nonprofit,Consumer Products,Software

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirementsvaryby client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work bothin-personin local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$163,000.00 - $278,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$189,080.00 - $322,480.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
