Who You’ll Work With

The successful candidate will work closely with project architects, project managers, and technical developers to design and implement NetSuite solutions. The role also collaborates with business stakeholders across finance, accounting, operations, and IT to gather requirements, support testing, and ensure successful system deployment. Additionally, the analyst will mentor junior team members and coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You’ll Do

Arista networking inc is looking to recruit a Netsuite Functional Analyst to join the Netsuite team. You will be required to deliver the best quality solutions to their customers/business users and contribute towards the development of the service capability of the company. You will also possess the ability to mentor juniors in an onshore/offshore model

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and champion NetSuite implementation projects
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand customer requirements
• Prepare business requirements documents indicating the core functionality and processes that must be configured in NetSuite
• Configure the NetSuite system to meet the customer business process flows. Demonstrate solution walkthroughs of configured NetSuite applications to customers
• Identify test scenario’s, establish test cases and support System Integration and User Acceptance Testing with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met
• Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption
• Support the “Go Live” deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover
• Work closely with the project architect and project manager to ensure the correct solutions are being proposed and the project remains on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with technical team members to help guide the development of customized NetSuite solutions.
• Research, design and present optimal solutions for clients drawing on NetSuite best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Accounting
• 7+ years of Netsuite experience
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - high attention to detail is crucial
• Strong Experience and functional understanding of NetSuite modules in a OneWorld environment such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition, Inventory, Manufacturing, Fixed Assets, Electronic Payments, Multi-Book and Currency Translations/Foreign Exchange is necessary
• High-level understanding of SOX, Segregation of Duties, Change Management and Information Technology General Controls
• Should have experience with Netsuite Workflows, fields, saved searches, forms, roles/permissions, custom objects, reports and dashboards
• Experience with other SaaS/Cloud ERP, CRM systems like Salesforce, Oracle cloud application is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetSuite Suite Foundations
• NetSuite Certified Administrator
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and highly demanding work environment
