About the team

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer to join our team and support the development, customization, and optimization of the Oracle NetSuite ERP platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions, integrating NetSuite with external systems, automating business processes, and ensuring the platform effectively supports business operations.

This role requires strong technical expertise in NetSuite development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle NetSuite solutions.

• Design and implement SuiteScript 2.x scripts, including:

  • Client Scripts

  • User Event Scripts

  • Scheduled Scripts

  • Map/Reduce Scripts

  • Suitelets

  • RESTlets

• Configure and maintain custom records, forms, fields, workflows, and business processes.

• Develop and support integrations between NetSuite and external applications such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, WMS, payment gateways, and third-party systems.

• Work with SuiteTalk (SOAP and REST Web Services) APIs.

• Create and maintain Saved Searches, Reports, KPIs, and Dashboards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.

• Participate in solution design, requirements gathering, and technical architecture discussions.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

• Provide support and technical guidance to users and internal teams.

• Ensure development follows NetSuite best practices and governance standards.

What makes you the perfect fit

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite development.

• Strong knowledge of SuiteScript 2.0/2.1.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern software development practices.

• Experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.

• Solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes, including:

  • Finance and Accounting

  • Sales Management

  • Procurement

  • Inventory Management

  • Order Management

• Experience developing Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboards.

• Knowledge of SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.

• Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party applications.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

• Ability to write and maintain technical documentation.

• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams and work with technical documentation.

• Experience with integration platforms such as Atlar (treasury), Ramp, Bitrix or similar middleware solutions.

• Experience working in international or global environments.

• High-level understanding of accounting standards such as IFRS or US GAAP.
  Fluent English.
