About the role:

We are looking for a NetSuite Business Analyst to join our team. You will work with our teams to understand architecture needs for the Finance team. To be in this position, you must feel comfortable building the entire architecture development process from creation to completion.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Data Team

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop and implement NetSuite customizations based on requirements.
• Configure NetSuite solutions using SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, and Reports based on our needs.
• Code, debug, and maintain SuiteScripts and SuiteFlows.
• Create workflows to refine business processes.
• Identify the impact of product problems, defects, and customizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Champion the use of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
• Lead architecture programmes from launch to completion
• Support (Maintain ) Project Delivery platform from technical perspective.

Design solutions based on the latest requirements.

• Guide communication between partners and technical teams to ensure project delivery
• Engage with technical teams to work on the solution
• Perform data cleansing, conversion, importing, and review, including transaction-level integrations.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the processes.
• Provide Level 2 support through the internal NetSuite helpdesk and manage projects.
• Maintain the customer portal, FAQ, solutions, and product information.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in NetSuite Development and Business Analyst with successful ERP implementations
• Experience with NetSuite data model and platform architecture (functional perspective).
• Familiarity in SuiteScript 2.0 (client scripts, user event scripts, scheduled scripts, Map/Reduce scripts, and Suitelets)
• Experience with SuiteFlow (workflows), SuiteBuilder and SuiteBundler.
• Working knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language)
• Experience NetSuite's Order Management, Advanced Revenue Management, Inventory Management, Purchases and Payables, Financials, and CRM modules.
• Proficient in administering and developing dynamic customizations for NetSuite, including NetSuite Customer Centre, third-party integrations, workflows, saved searches, reporting, bundling, and user role management
• Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Well-versed in customising the NetSuite ERP Platform through custom fields, records, lists, forms, saved searches, and data migration using the CSV import tool

• Kantata experience
