Job Description

About Coralogix

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data at scale. Our unique in-stream analytics architecture eliminates reliance on expensive indexing and hot storage, delivering APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, AI Observability, and more — helping customers reduce observability costs by up to 70% while gaining deeper operational insight.

We are a high-growth, 100M+ ARR business, and the systems that power our revenue engine need to match that pace. The companies winning right now are not the ones with the biggest sales teams — they are the ones with the smartest revenue systems. This team builds those systems.

The Role

Let's be direct about what this role is and is not. This is not a ticket-queue administration role where you grant access, run reports someone else designed, and escalate anything hard to a consultant. NetSuite is the system of record for revenue at Coralogix — every order, every invoice, every subscription, and every recognised dollar lives there. You will own it.

Today, most NetSuite work at Coralogix is done by third-party contractors. That is precisely the problem this role solves. We want this expertise in-house, sitting inside the GTM Engineering team, close enough to the business to anticipate what Finance and Sales need rather than wait to be told — the same way we own Salesforce expertise in-house today.

A significant near-term priority is our CPQ go-live and the quote-to-cash chain that runs through it. You will own the NetSuite side end to end: the sales order model, amendments and change orders, billing schedules, invoicing, and the handoff into revenue recognition. You will also own replacing our current Workato-based Salesforce-to-NetSuite sync with a direct, observable integration — designing and building it, not supervising someone who does.

What You Will Build

Platform Ownership — Every Week

  • Own the NetSuite instance end to end — custom records, fields, forms, transaction types, roles, permissions, and the subsidiary and segmentation structure behind them
  • Write production SuiteScript 2.x — User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelets, and RESTlets — not as an exception, as the default
  • Build and maintain SuiteFlow workflows and approval routing for orders, quotes, journal entries, and vendor records
  • Design saved searches, datasets, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks that Finance and GTM leadership actually use to run the business
  • Own sandbox refreshes, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) projects, bundle management, and the twice-yearly NetSuite release cycle — including regression testing ahead of every upgrade

Quote-to-Cash & CPQ Go-Live

  • Own the NetSuite side of our CPQ implementation — item and pricing model, sales order creation, and the full downstream billing and revenue chain
  • Build and maintain amendment and change-order flows: upsells, downgrades, co-terming, renewals, and mid-term pricing changes — the part that breaks first and is hardest to unwind
  • Configure SuiteBilling subscriptions, billing schedules, and invoicing logic to match how we actually sell, not how a textbook assumes we do
  • Partner with Finance on Advanced Revenue Management — revenue arrangements, revenue elements, and recognition rules — so recognised revenue reconciles cleanly to what was sold
  • Support multi-subsidiary and multi-currency structures as we open new entities and enter new markets

Integrations & Automation

  • Replace the current Workato-based Salesforce-to-NetSuite sync with a direct, observable integration — you design it, you build it, you own it
  • Build and maintain SuiteTalk REST/SOAP and RESTlet integrations across the GTM and finance stack
  • Instrument every integration with real error handling, retry logic, and alerting — a silent sync failure discovered at month-end is a failure of the system, not of the person who found it
  • Automate the recurring manual work that consumes Finance's month-end and quarter-end close
  • Feed NetSuite revenue data into our Snowflake data foundation in partnership with the Data Engineer, so ARR, churn, expansion, and contraction reporting runs off governed data

Governance, Data Integrity & Support

  • Own data integrity across NetSuite — customers, items, orders, invoices, subscriptions — and treat a discrepancy as an urgent problem, not an acceptable state
  • Design and maintain role and permission structures with segregation of duties in mind, and support audit and control requirements as the company matures
  • Maintain configuration documentation and operational runbooks so the platform is never a single point of failure
  • Act as the escalation point for NetSuite issues across Finance, Sales, and Customer Success — and fix the pattern, not just the ticket

Requirements

  • 5–9+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including recent time as the primary administrator or technical owner of a production instance
  • Production SuiteScript 2.x experience — you write it and you debug it; you are not describing work a partner did on your behalf
  • Deep working knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics (saved searches, datasets, workbooks), and NetSuite's role and permission model
  • Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash and record-to-report process — from order capture through billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition. This is the business process your system models; fluency with it is non-negotiable.
  • Experience working directly with Finance teams — AR, revenue accounting, controllership — translating accounting requirements into system design rather than waiting for a written specification.
  • Hands-on Workato experience — Workato is our current integration platform across Salesforce, NetSuite and the finance stack, and you will own both the flows running on it today and their migration
  • Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce and other SaaS platforms via SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and middleware (Celigo, Boomi, or similar)
  • Experience with SuiteBilling or an equivalent subscription billing model, and with CPQ-to-ERP order flows
  • Working exposure to Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) or equivalent revenue recognition tooling
  • OneWorld / multi-subsidiary and multi-currency experience
  • Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), source control, and structured deployment practices rather than changes made directly in production
  • SaaS or subscription-business experience strongly preferred — recurring revenue behaves differently from one-time sales, and it shows
  • Exposure to commissions tooling (CaptivateIQ or similar) and the order-to-commission data flow is a plus, not a requirement
  • NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant) preferred — a strong recent hands-on track record will outweigh certifications in our evaluation
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

The Non-Negotiables

  • You are hands-on in NetSuite today — configuring, scripting, and debugging in your primary role, not directing others who do it
  • You can point to systems and integrations you built yourself, and explain both the decisions you made and the ones you got wrong
  • You understand quote-to-cash end-to-end — you can explain how an order becomes an invoice, how a mid-term amendment changes a billing schedule, and how both land in recognised revenue. You have built systems that model this journey and you don't need it rephrased.
  • You default to automation when you encounter a task you have done more than twice
  • You treat a data discrepancy or a silent integration failure as an urgent problem, not an acceptable state
  • You can hold a direct conversation with a controller and with a software engineer in the same hour, and be useful to both
  • Systems thinking — you reason about how a change in NetSuite propagates to Salesforce, the CPQ, billing, commissions, and the data warehouse
  • AI fluency — you use AI tools daily in your work and actively evaluate new ones
