The Role

We are looking for a hands-on NetSuite Systems Administrator to manage, maintain and improve the business systems that support JET Charge’s day-to-day operations.

Working across NetSuite and simPRO, you will be responsible for system configuration, technical support, integrations, reporting and user access, ensuring our platforms remain reliable, accurate and fit for purpose as the business grows.

You will be the first point of contact for technical administration requests, troubleshooting system issues, managing configuration changes and maintaining the integrations that connect our platforms with other business systems. You will also work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support system improvements, resolve technical challenges and ensure changes are implemented effectively.

This role will suit someone who enjoys getting into the technical detail, can independently diagnose and resolve issues, and brings a structured approach to systems administration. You will have the opportunity to contribute to how our systems evolve while working alongside the teams that rely on them every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Administering and configuring NetSuite and simPRO, ensuring both platforms operate reliably and support day-to-day business requirements.
• Maintaining NetSuite workflows, forms, custom fields, saved searches, approvals, dashboards and reporting through tools such as SuiteFlow and SuiteAnalytics.
• Configuring simPRO settings, cost centres, catalogues, templates and automations to support operational requirements.
• Acting as the first point of technical support for system requests, troubleshooting issues and managing incidents through to resolution.
• Monitoring and maintaining integrations between NetSuite, simPRO and third-party platforms, diagnosing failures and resolving configuration or data issues.
• Maintaining NetSuite API documentation and developing minor scripts or integrations where appropriate.
• Testing system changes and vendor updates in sandbox environments before managing their release into production.
• Building and maintaining accurate operational reports, dashboards and saved searches while identifying and resolving data-quality issues.
• Managing user roles, permissions and access controls to support system security and appropriate segregation of duties.
• Providing technical advice to internal teams on system capabilities, constraints and the potential impact of proposed changes.
• Working with external vendors and implementation partners to coordinate technical support, incident escalation and more complex system changes.
• Maintaining clear documentation of system configurations, integrations, technical resolutions and support processes.

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on experience administering NetSuite, including system configuration, troubleshooting, reporting and user permissions.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite functionality, including SuiteFlow, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics and custom fields.
• Experience supporting ERP integrations, including diagnosing integration failures, investigating data issues and working with APIs.
• An understanding of system testing, change management and production release processes.
• Experience developing or maintaining scripts, automations or technical configurations within NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues and identify practical solutions.
• Experience maintaining system documentation, support processes and technical knowledge resources.
• An understanding of data integrity, access management and system security principles.
• The ability to manage competing support requests, prioritise effectively and identify when issues require escalation or specialist assistance.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and system limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative working style, with experience partnering across operations, finance, technology and external service providers.
• Experience with simPRO or a comparable field-service or project-management platform would be advantageous.
