As a NetSuite Support Administrator at TTP, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of TTP’s ERP platform. NetSuite is an integral piece of our ERP platform, meaning this role is vital to our company’s operations.
Your main responsibility in this role will be to provide NetSuite support to multiple stakeholders, including Finance and Accounts, Business Development / CRM, Project Leaders, Marketing, and the Senior Leadership Team. Your collaboration with the Power BI team and provision of accurate data will be crucial. If you have a passion for experimentation, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and are eager to learn from your colleagues, you will thrive in this position.
Rest assured that you will have the guidance and support of your colleagues within the IT Team whenever you need it. They will be there to assist you and provide necessary development as you navigate your responsibilities as a NetSuite Support Administrator.
· Administration of users, roles, and permissions.
· Troubleshooting bugs.
· Upgrading and patching the platform as required.
There will plenty of opportunities for you to progress and develop your skillset within the first year, including:
· Training users on NetSuite.
· Creating / Configuring / Updating workflows, SuiteScripts, saved searches and reports.
· Documenting existing business processes and recommending improvements.
· Learning to use new tools across various platforms, such as Power BI, Microsoft Planner, Power Automate, HubSpot.
· Creating / Managing cross functional system or team projects.
Having any of the following would be useful, but is not essential:
· Experience in SuiteScript.
· Experience with Celigo and HubSpot.
· Degree in a STEM subject, or equivalent work experience.
· Use of generative AI to investigate problems and curate effective solutions.
