What You’ll Do
Support Danish SME customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot issues related to card terminals, self‑service portals, and account management
Handle administrative tasks (customer data updates, invoice questions, etc.)
Report and follow up on technical incidents
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Use CRM, ERP, and other systems to deliver high‑quality service
What You Bring
Fluent Danish (spoken & written)
Good English communication skills
Customer‑focused mindset and strong communication abilities
Comfort working with digital tools and reporting technical issues
Proactive, organized, and quality‑driven approach
Nice to have: experience in customer service, fintech interest, or contact center background
