We are currently seeking a NetReveal Technical Lead to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

NetReveal Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced NetReveal Technical Lead to lead the technical implementation of a high-volume Transaction Monitoring migration.

The role will own the NetReveal technical workstream, including historical data loading, profile generation, scenario execution, batch optimisation and technical readiness. The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership to the development team and work closely with Product Owner, Data, Financial Crime, Testing, Architecture and Governance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end NetReveal technical workstream including interlocks with wider migration programme.

Assess the existing NetReveal implementation, processing model, batch schedules and technical constraints.

Define the technical approach for loading historical customer, account and transaction data.

Design an efficient approach for loading data at scale and reduce the existing method from 20 to 30 days to 5 or 10 days.

Define the strategy for customer profile creation, rebuild and reprofiling.

Ensure sufficient transaction history is available to support scenario look-back periods.

Evaluate alternative approaches to historical transaction and sequential batch processing.

Lead the technical implementation of customer segmentation requirements.

Agree the design and lead implementation of a process for customer matching and merging between TSB and Santander records.

Assess the impact of the migration on existing NetReveal scenarios, profiles and processing windows.

Lead performance tuning, batch optimisation and technical problem resolution.

Provide technical direction to NetReveal developers.

Review technical designs, code, configuration and deployment artefacts.

Work with the Test Lead to define technically representative test scenarios.

Agree data controls and certification approach.

Produce technical documentation and evidence for design, risk and governance approval.

Support cutover planning, implementation, reconciliation and post-migration assurance.

Essential Experience

Extensive hands-on experience implementing or enhancing SymphonyAI NetReveal version 8 or later (version 9 preferred).

Strong experience with the Transaction Monitoring SMBD engine using Spark; experience limited to the classic NetReveal TM engine will not be sufficient.

Strong understanding of NetReveal data structures, profiling, segmentation, scenarios and batch processing.

Experience with customer profile generation, large-scale reprofiling and migration using the TM SMBD Spark engine.

Experience loading significant volumes of historical transaction data into NetReveal.

Experience using and analysing Parquet files generated by the TM SMBD Spark engine for profile validation and migration activities.

Strong understanding of AML Transaction Monitoring concepts.

Experience with scenario look-back periods, behavioural monitoring and customer segmentation.

Strong SQL and data analysis capability.

Experience diagnosing performance issues and optimising batch processing.

Experience working within a highly governed banking environment.

Ability to lead technical delivery while remaining sufficiently hands-on.
