Job Description

Our IT team is responsible for supporting our continued growth by aligning the IT strategy with business functions, automating processes, developing custom software solutions, and managing infrastructure and security. As a Senior Software Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services to connect various applications hosted on-premises, cloud, and SaaS. You will contribute to complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced agile environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
• Developing high-performing and scalable integrations with a focus on microservice-driven architecture.
• Applying integration practices such as message routing, data enrichment, batch processing, error handling, etc., to deliver required business functionality.
• Ensuring work adheres to defined best practices around middleware-based integration architecture.
• Developing project-related documents such as technical specifications and process flow diagrams.
• Mentoring team members.
• Collaborating with product owners, analysts, and development teams to estimate projects, features, and user stories.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in software development, building system integrations using C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework.
• Passion for solving business problems with technology.
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS solution development with technologies like Azure Functions, API Management, Data Factory, Event Grid, Logic Apps, Service Bus.
• Ability to develop multiple integrations from a reusable microservices-driven architecture.
• Experience in developing code for different types of integrations (real-time, file-based async, ETL, APIs).
• Familiarity with data standards and communication protocols (XML/XSLT/XSD, JSON, FlatFile, Positional/Delimited/EDI formats).
• Knowledge of OAuth, HTTP/SOAP/REST protocols, messaging systems like JMS and AMQP, and data transfer methods like FTP/sFTP/AS2.
• Flexibility to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills and self-direction.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
