About the Role
We are looking for a .NET Tech Lead to drive the technical evolution of two core internal products: the Planning and Monitoring Tool (PMT) and the Project and Activity Management (PAM) system. You will guide architectural and back‑end decisions, ensure quality and security across the technology stack, and support the engineering team through leadership, mentorship, and best‑practice governance.
Front‑end experience (React) is a plus, but not a requirement.
