Job Description

Synechron is seeking an experienced .NET React Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality web applications across diverse industries. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, craft scalable and responsive solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices. The developer will contribute to innovative digital projects by leveraging .NET frameworks, React.js, and cloud technologies, supporting business growth and enhancing user experiences.

Software Requirements

Required Software Proficiency:

• NET Framework or .NET Core (latest stable versions) — extensive experience in developing scalable and secure backend services

• React.js — proficiency in building interactive, responsive user interfaces for web applications

• Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code — hands-on experience in coding, debugging, and deploying .NET and React.js applications

• SQL Server, MySQL, or equivalent relational databases — strong understanding of database design, querying, and performance tuning

• Version Control: Git — experience managing code repositories, branches, and collaboration workflows

Preferred Software Skills:

• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP — experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments

• Front-end libraries: Redux, Bootstrap — familiarity with modern state management and styling practices

• DevOps tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker — experience in CI/CD pipelines and containerization

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET and React.js, ensuring high performance and security

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client goals

• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to establish quality standards

• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for application efficiency

• Develop APIs and services for frontend-backend communication and integration with external systems

• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions and improvements

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring system stability and performance

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and deployment procedures

Technical Skills (By Category)

• Programming Languages:

  • Essential: .NET (C#), React.js — deep expertise in full-stack web development

  • Preferred: JavaScript, TypeScript — for enhanced front-end functionality

• Databases/Data Management:

  • Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or similar relational databases — data modeling and query optimization

• Cloud Technologies:

  • Familiarity with deploying applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP — optional but advantageous

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years in software development, with substantial experience in .NET and React.js

• Proven experience in developing scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications

• Hands-on experience working with databases, APIs, and cloud deployment environments

• Experience working within Agile teams with code review participation and cross-team collaboration

• Knowledge of modern development practices, including automation and continuous deployment

Day-to-Day Activities

• Design and develop web applications using .NET and React.js, aligning with business requirements

• Conduct code reviews, implement best practices and ensure software quality

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting system performance and stability

• Optimize database performance and API integrations for scalability and security

• Write comprehensive technical documentation for new features and system architecture

• Keep updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using .NET and React.js

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer or equivalent are a plus

• Demonstrated success in building scalable enterprise applications and working in agile environments
